Information We Collect

Information We Collect Through The Application

The CREW Network Application will only be available to Registered Users who have provided or made available all of the required data to CREW Network.

The CREW Network Application collects information from Registered Users. This information includes information that Registered Users voluntarily provide to CREW Network, including usernames, passwords, user profile information (the Registered User’s name, picture, phone number), User Content, as well as communications between Registered Users and CREW Network (for instance, as emails sent from users to CREW Network). If a user logs into the CREW Network Application using an authorized third party social network account, such as a Facebook or Instagram account, CREW Network may collect certain information as to that user’s activities and information in that third party social network. Additionally, the CREW Network Application may collect certain technical information automatically from Registered Users, including the model, manufacturer and OS version of the mobile device used, MAC (Media Access Control) address, device identifiers, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), and time-stamped logs of messages sent and received, and network status (WiFi, etc.).

As a Registered User, you may also be permitted to provide your exact location if you choose to enable your mobile device to send us and other Registered Users such information. We may use and store this information to provide certain Services, such as tagging the uploaded User Content with your location and may otherwise use this information to improve your experience with the Services and to provide you with additional functionality.

Information We Collect Through The Website

Cookies are files that contain information created by a web server that can be stored on a user's hard disk for use either during a particular session ("per-session" cookie) or for future use ("persistent" cookie). For each visitor to our website, our web server collects general information that does not identify a specific visitor or a visitor's email address. Only the host name or IP address (a unique number that is assigned to your computer every time you connect to the Internet) from which the site was accessed are identified. We use this information to calculate the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to identify behaviors while visiting our site. A similar tracking method is also used for recipients of our emails.

Cookies are not used to disseminate significant information about Users over the Internet or to analyze any information that Users have knowingly or unknowingly provided. When a user visits the site for the first time, the system will ask whether the user approves of the attachment of a cookie. Users may instruct their Internet browsers to opt out of accepting a "persistent" cookie and rather accept only a "per-session" cookie, but will need to login each time they visit the site to enjoy the full benefits. If the user declines the attachment of any cookie, the user may not have access to the full benefits of the website.

CREW Network will take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of personally identifiable information that is collected, but will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Statement.
