
Convention Location
All official convention events will take place at the Hynes Convention Center, 900 Boylston Street, Boston, Massachusetts with the exception of the CREW Network 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner & Silent Auction. The dinner and auction will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the Marriott Copley Place, 110 Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts.
Hotel Reservations
Reserve your hotel room either by phone or online by September 8, 2009 to guarantee the special convention rate! Reservations made after this date, or after the contracted block of rooms is full, will be based on space and rate availability. Your patronage of the Boston Marriott Copley Place makes it possible to secure discounted room rates as well as meeting space for this event.
Negotiated rates are: $249 Single or double occupancy + 12.45% tax.

Train Stations:
There are three Amtrak stations in Boston: South Station, North Station and Back Bay.
Downeaster trains from New Hampshire and Maine arrive at North Station. Trains from New York and Washington DC arrive at South Station and Back Bay.
Convention Attire
Casual business attire (khakis, slacks, sweaters, jackets) is appropriate for the convention sessions and luncheons. The CREW Network 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner is business attire. Optional events / learning excursions call for comfortable, casual attire; walking tours call for good walking shoes.

Convention Registration
Pre-registration is required by Monday, September 14, 2009.
Confirmations
Convention registration confirmations will be emailed from the CREW Network office for those who register by Monday, September 14, 2009. If you register by this date, but do not receive a confirmation, please call CREW Network at 785-832-1808.
Optional Activities/ Learning Excursions
Pre-registration is required by August 28, 2009 for optional activities / learning excursions. A minimum number of participants are required for some tours to operate. Optional activities / learning excursions are non-refundable unless activity is cancelled or sold out. There will be a CREW Connection Center on-site where tickets can be traded or sold (trading/selling is NOT facilitated by CREW Network staff).
NOTE: All Optional Activities & Learning Excursions will leave from the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel.
Cancellation/ Refund/ Substitution Policy
The deadline for canceling or substituting registrations is Monday, September 14, 2009. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org. Individual sessions/events included in full/day registration fees are non-transferrable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Monday, September 14, 2009. Optional activities/ learning excursions are non-refundable.
