New Delegate Training will be conducted Thursday, February 4 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All new delegates should plan to arrive on Thursday, February 4 in time to attend the training.
All returning delegates are encouraged to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception later that evening, as this is a wonderful time to catch up with other delegates and learn all about their current chapter activities.
This is an important opportunity for delegates and chapter leaders to connect with their counterparts across North America and expand business and chapter networks. This is a unique chance for representatives to learn what other chapters are doing to provide value to their members and to establish their presence in their local commercial real estate community. Business cards are a “must” at this event.
Each chapter has an assigned board member serving as its liaison to CREW Network. Join your board liaison and representatives from other chapters in your group for a networking dinner with an emphasis on sharing your chapter best practices, challenges or current trends. Each diner will be responsible for covering the cost of his/her own meal and transportation. (Cash is recommended.)
Enjoy a continental breakfast beginning at 7:30 am and then review the assigned seating chart to find your place in the meeting. It is important to be seated promptly by 8:00 am as there will be much to cover in a short period of time. While meeting minutes will be provided after the meeting, many find it helpful to take their own notes as well.
Join CREW Network Past President Sally French Tyler as she describes her path to attaining the C-Suite and the role CREW Network played in her success.
A 24-year veteran of the title insurance industry, Sally joined First American in January 2005 as senior vice president-national sales director, where she oversaw all national sales initiatives, including the establishment of strategies, recruiting, training and key customer development. In 2007, Sally was named the Divisional President for National Commercial Services. In her current role, she is responsible for planning and overseeing the operational management of First American’s commercial real estate activities, as well as coordinating activities and strategies for First American’s commercial real estate regions throughout the United States.
Clark Robinson will lead CREW Network delegates and attendees through Grid International’s proven method for empowering individuals to embrace and capitalize on change to grow in today’s competitive marketplace.
Grid's management and leadership training approach is unlike any other approach to management and leadership training. True, lasting, and meaningful change is affected only by addressing the fundamental values and attitudes that influence behavior. Grid supplies the tools to transform ineffective and ingrained patterns of behavior into productive and dynamic action by shifting the responsibility for learning and change from experts or "teachers" directly to the hands of individuals.
Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the skills and principles of effective leadership and teamwork through actual team situations. The seminar impact is immediately applicable and the benefits are long lasting.
This “wrap up” Networking Reception provides the perfect opportunity to circle back with contacts you’ve made over the past couple of days, finalize networking conversations or make plans to keep the dialogue going once you’re back in the office.
Make sure to stop by the CREW Tampa Bay hospitality desk to sign up and take advantage of the opportunity to network with other CREW Network members to share ideas, interests, and business opportunities. Each diner will be responsible for covering the cost of his/her own meal and transportation. (Cash is recommended.)
All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the
CREW Network office by January 22, 2010. Approved refunds will be issued less a $50 service charge in the same form as the original payment. No substitutions or refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. If minimum number for the Saturday Learning Excursion is not reached by January 22, 2010 full payment will be refunded in the same form as the original payment.
