Hotel Reservations
Reserve your hotel room by September 22, 2008 to guarantee the special convention rate! Reservations made after this date, or after the contracted block of rooms is full, will be based on space and rate availability.
Negotiated rates are: $174.00 Single or double occupancy + 17% tax.

Convention Attire
Casual business attire (khakis, slacks, sweaters, jackets) is appropriate for the convention sessions and luncheons. The Friday Night Celebration is casual. Optional activities / learning excursions call for comfortable, casual attire; walking tours call for good walking shoes.

Convention Registration
Pre-registration is available until September 29, 2008. After this date, you must register on-site. All prices are quoted in US dollars; all funds must be paid in US dollars.
Convention Rates
Early registration discounts will be given to all registrants whose payment is received by September 19, 2008. Basic registration fees are as follows (please note that some activities: council meeting, learning excursions, dine arounds, etc. are not included in ANY registration package and must be purchased separately. See the following chart or the registration form for more details.):

Confirmations
Convention registration confirmations will be emailed from the CREW Network office for those who register by September 29, 2008. If you register by this date, but do not receive a confirmation, please call CREW Network at 785/832-1808.
Optional Activities / Learning Excursions
Pre-registration is required by September 19, 2008 for optional activities / learning excursions. A minimum number of participants are required for some activities. Optional activities / learning excursions are non-refundable unless activity is cancelled or sold out. There will be a Connection Center on site where tickets can be traded or sold (trading/selling is NOT facilitated by CREW Network staff).
Cancellation | Refund | Substitution Policy
The deadline for canceling or substituting registrations is September 29, 2008. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 29, 2008. Optional activities / learning excursions are non-refundable.
